1. Service Description
ThisToken.AI is an AI Model API aggregation platform that provides users with a unified API to access multiple AI model services. Using this service indicates your agreement to these Terms of Service.
2. User Registration
2.1 You must register an account to use the service. Please provide accurate, truthful information at registration.
2.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, and for all activities under your account.
2.3 Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized account access.
3. Service Use
3.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and not to use the service for any illegal activities.
3.2 You may not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
3.3 You may not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
4. Billing and Payment
4.1 The service uses a prepaid model — you must top up before using.
4.2 Charges are calculated by actual token usage.
4.3 Unused balance can be refunded — see the Refund Policy for details.
5. Service Guarantee
5.1 We commit to providing 99.9% monthly service availability.
5.2 Availability calculation: Monthly Availability = (Total minutes in month - Downtime minutes) / Total minutes in month × 100%.
- - 99.0%-99.9%: 10% credit of monthly charges
- - 98.0%-99.0%: 25% credit of monthly charges
- - Below 98.0%: 50% credit of monthly charges
5.3 Service credits are issued as account balance and must be claimed within 30 days of the incident.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 AI-generated content does not represent our views, and we accept no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of such content.
6.2 We accept no liability for service interruptions caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, cyber attacks, etc.).
6.3 We accept no liability for service impacts caused by upstream model providers (including but not limited to model discontinuation, API changes, price adjustments, etc.).
6.4 We accept no liability for any losses resulting from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
6.5 We accept no liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
6.6 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the service fees you paid in the past 12 months.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted on the website; continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 The intellectual property rights of the platform and its original content (including but not limited to software, technology, interface design, trademarks, logos, etc.) belong to ThisToken.AI.
9.2 The intellectual property rights of content you send via the API (prompts, context, etc.) belong to you.
9.3 The intellectual property rights of AI-generated content are determined by applicable law and the policies of upstream model providers. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over such content.
9.4 You warrant that content you send via the API does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
10.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
10.3 If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its current arbitration rules.
10.4 If you are a consumer, you may choose to file a lawsuit in a court with jurisdiction over your location.
