Token.AI is an AI model gateway that provides an OpenAI-compatible API, managed channels, authorized channels, and model routing capabilities. By using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2.1 You must register an account to use the service. Please provide accurate, truthful information at registration.
2.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, and for all activities under your account.
2.3 Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized account access.
3.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and not to use the service for any illegal activities.
3.2 You may not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
3.3 You may not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
4.1 The service uses prepaid balance or order-based billing. Add usable balance or complete an order before use.
4.2 Charges are calculated by actual token usage.
4.3 Unused balance can be refunded — see the Refund Policy for details.
5.1 Public pages do not create a fixed availability commitment. Availability targets, if any, are governed by a separate agreement, order form, or console notice.
5.2 Planned maintenance, upstream model-channel issues, force majeure, and user configuration issues are excluded from availability commitments.
5.3 Service-credit requests, scope, and handling are governed by the separate agreement or console notice.
6.1 AI-generated content does not represent our views, and we accept no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of such content.
6.2 We accept no liability for service interruptions caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, cyber attacks, etc.).
6.3 We accept no liability for service impacts caused by upstream model providers (including but not limited to model discontinuation, API changes, price adjustments, etc.).
6.4 We accept no liability for any losses resulting from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
6.5 We accept no liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
6.6 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the service fees you paid in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted on the website; continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the modified Terms.

9.1 The intellectual property rights of the platform and its original content (including but not limited to software, technology, interface design, trademarks, logos, etc.) belong to Token.AI.
9.2 The intellectual property rights of content you send via the API (prompts, context, etc.) belong to you.
9.3 The intellectual property rights of AI-generated content are determined by applicable law and the policies of upstream model providers. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over such content.
9.4 You warrant that content you send via the API does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
10.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
10.3 If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its current arbitration rules.
10.4 If you are a consumer, you may choose to file a lawsuit in a court with jurisdiction over your location.
