1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds of unused balance. The refund amount equals the unused portion remaining in your account.
2. Refund Process
2.1 Submit a refund request in the console
2.2 Provide your registered email and original payment method
2.3 We will review within 1-3 business days
2.4 Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 3-5 business days
2a. Refund Amount Calculation
2a.1 Refundable amount = Total account balance - Bonus balance - Amount consumed.
2a.2 Bonus balance is deducted proportionally: e.g., if you topped up $100 and received a $10 bonus, the corresponding bonus amount will be deducted from your account balance upon refund.
2a.3 Example: Top up $100, receive $10 bonus, consume $20, account balance $90. When requesting a refund: Refundable amount = $90 - $10 (bonus) = $80.
3. Non-refundable Cases
3.1 Already-consumed charges are not refundable
3.2 Balance received via gifts or promotions is not refundable
3.3 Balance in accounts frozen for Terms violations
4. Refund Method
Refunds are returned via the original payment method. Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds usually take 1-3 days; credit card refunds may take 7-15 days.
5. Top-up Bonus Handling
5.1 Top-up bonuses are virtual balance and cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
5.2 Bonus balance is used first for consumption.
5.3 When refunding the main account balance, the bonus balance will be deducted proportionally (see section 2a).
5.4 Upon account deletion, bonus balance is automatically forfeited.
6. Special Case Handling
6.1 If you suffer losses due to service failures, we will provide compensation on a case-by-case basis.
6.2 If a billing error is discovered, we will refund overcharged amounts within 3 business days after verification.
6.3 For other special cases, please contact customer support and we will handle them on a case-by-case basis.
7. Refund Processing Time
7.1 Alipay, WeChat Pay: 1-3 business days.
7.2 Credit cards: 7-15 business days (depends on issuing bank).
7.3 USDT: 1-3 business days (depends on blockchain network).
